Nutrition Consultation/Coaching
Learn good nutrition habits now to avoid future health issues or manage present health better by incorporating good nutrition into your care plan.

1 hour phone call, once a week and two/three (free) texts per week.
Initially we begin with some health assessments and then together we set weekly  nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction goals to maximize your potential for good health.  If you are trying to wean off of any medications or if you have interest in taking nutritional supplements, you would also be working along with your physician during this time.

Healthy Living Plan –
 We take an introspective look at your life and then together, based on your personality and needs, create a plan for a healthier life.  Your Healthy Living Plan includes the following components:

– 2 (1 hour) consultations in person or by phone.  (Assessment/Followup)
– Drug and Food interaction Report for current medications and supplements
-Drug and Food Side Effect Report for current medications and supplements
– A complete Health and Wellness Routine based on your style of living and your schedule.
-Macro Nutrient information
-Caloric Intake and BMI calculations
-Proven Nutrition Information specific to medical conditions
– Proven Exercise Information specific to your ability, interests, and goals
– Articles and studies for your specific condition/goals
-Meal planning/prep assistance
-Easy meal suggestions for maximum nutrition
-Grocery shopping/restaurant tips
-Lab test  recommendations
-Healthy technology recommendations
-Spiritual aspect of program is also included, by request.  Affirmations and scriptures are  given for encouragement.

Pantry Portfolio – 
We take an inventory of your pantry staples, and recreate the pantry with good, wholesome, nutritious and delicious foods.

Personalized Nutrition Plan – 
After an initial assessment, we will put together a personalized nutrition plan for you that includes all the foods that make your body work for you.  You will also get a detailed description of the health benefits of each food that we recommend.   You will get a sheet that tells you the proper amount of servings you should intake on a daily basis for each food group, tips on how to accomplish this, and 4 weekly coaching calls to get you started!


Menu Planning – 

Taking  into consideration all health issues, allergies, food intolerances, and chronic conditions,  we work together to plan personalized menus that are  delicious, healthy and nutritious for you and your family using wonderful cookbooks.  You will come away with four weeks worth of menu items and an ingredient list that is interchangeable with your menu to create many more months of creative, healthy menus.

Health Detective Services –
Together we do an intake of your physical health, your current diet, all your medications and supplements and your symptoms.  In return, we provide you with the following:

– Drug and Food interaction Report for current medications and supplements
-Drug and Food Side Effect Report for current medications and supplements
-Proven Nutrition Information specific to medical conditions
-Proven supplement Information specific to medical conditions
– Proven Exercise Information specific to your ability, interests, and goals
– Articles and studies for your specific condition/goals
– Armed with this information, you can work with your health care provider to make any necessary changes to bring about a healthier you!

Living with Food Allergies and Intolerances – 
This is a series of three one hour zoom calls  that include the following:
-Initial consultation
– Pantry Makeover
-Conditions specific to your allergy or intolerance
-Supplements/Foods/First Aid
-Entertaining
-Parties
-Eating out
-Carrying your Burden well (Manners for the allergy/intolerant person)
-Parenting issues for those with children that have allergies or intolerances
-Marital issues over allergies/intolerances
– What is the science?  Show me the studies!
-You also receive a written presentation that summarizes everything we cover on our calls together.
